Main Details
Twelve (12) people have a chance to win one of the 12 ‘Prize/s’ or Prize/s/experiences that have been provided by some of Leicester's top retailers:

We will pick 12 entries out of a ‘hat’ – each winning entry will win the Prize/s as they appear above in REVERSE ORDER i.e. the first correct entry out f the ‘hat’ will win the Meal voucher for 2 people (worth £18) at Urban Pie, then the Luxury manicure with Hot Mittens or Paraffin Wax (worth £24) at BB's Brow Bar, then the Meal vouchers for two people (worth £25) at the Handmade Burger Co. and so on until the first in the list above is reached: the £200 voucher for ‘Sandwich’ women’s Clothing range at Fenwick.
Some of the Prize/s may also include a ‘friend / partner’ that the winner can take to enjoy the Prize/s or experience – please check retailer/venue for details. Both people using The Prize/s where applicable MUST be 18 years of age, or older to enter - this is because some of the Prize/s/activities/experiences have age restrictions. If you are lucky enough to win and look under 18, lucky you – but you will both be asked to prove your age with valid identification when you collect your Prize/s. Also, we want to ensure the person who wins genuinely wants to use The Prize/s for themselves.
The Prize/s are NOT transferable – meaning the person that wins it MUST collect it and then use it.
This Prize/s cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
The competition is NOT open to members of the City Centre Management Team (Leicester) or One Leicester Marketing Staff.
Prize/s are non-exchangeable, non transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other Prize/s.
Prize/s offered by external promoters/partners are governed by their terms and conditions, One Leicester or City Centre Management (Leicester) are not responsible for these.
One Leicester or City Centre Management (Leicester) will not offer cash or goods to the value of the advertised Prize/s in the event of cancellation or failure of the promoter/partner meeting their obligation.
If you win are in receipt of a Prize/s, booking and attending (where relevant) will be your responsibility. One Leicester or City Centre Management (Leicester) will not be able to offer alternatives, re-bookings etc.
Unclaimed Prize/s – if we cannot contact any of the winners, or they don’t come forward one month after the closing date, we have the right to used the Prize/s for future competitions - or we will use them ourselves to have a damn fine time (only kidding! But make sure we can contact you).
The judge’s decision is final – no correspondence will be entered into.

How do you choose the winners?
All fully completed entries will be put into a ‘hat’ and the winners will be drawn with an independent witness present. On occasion we may 'draw' the entries at events, or media activities, e.g. on the radio.
How can I find out who wins?
Each of the 12 winners’ details (name & Prize/s) will be displayed on this website here shortly after the closing date: 8th May 2011
What happens then?
The lucky winner/s will be contacted by Sarah Harrison, the City Centre Director (Leicester), or her representative. She will explain how the winners can claim their Prize/s. Details about how to claim and use the individual Prize/s will also be explained. A photo-shoot may also take place either at that time, or at a date close to this, if required - which be entering this competition you are agreeing to take part in.
The winner can then enjoy their Prize/s at their Leisure – but please note some have specific expiry dates; please ensure you are aware of what these are – contacting the retailer/venue yourself may be necessary as individual Prize/s elements will be governed by the retailers/venues own terms and conditions. Plus you will need to arrange to use the Prize/s at your own convenience.
Will my details be entered onto a database?
Yes, if you are not already on there, your email address will be added to the One Leicester mail/email database, so we can let you know about more great competitions, events and more… Don’t worry – we wont bombard you with useless information!!
The information that you provide will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998. The information will be used by One Leicester, Leicester City Council, City Centre management (Leicester) and may also be passed on to the partners/retailers involved in this competition. We will not disclose any personal information to any other third parties unless required to do so by law.
