St George's Festival - Leicester 2011

St. George’s day is on 23^rd April - it's England’s national day - and is celebrated annually in Leicester with a weekend of activities. The festival mixes the old with the new, holding events in support of England's day.

 
One of the main highlights of the festival is the St. George's Family Day, held within the St. George's Area of the Cultural Quarter and Orton Square, which provides a great venue for safe family entertainment.
