BIG EAT 2 Competition - WIN a £100 voucher to spend in Highcross

How?
Simply visit any of the venues taking part in BIG EAT 2 on 7th February and enjoy  their BIG EAT 2 offer – and you will get a chance to complete a very short questionnaire that will be on the table. Simply hand it back to a member of staff that night. That’s it.

So, not only do you get to enjoy some amazing food and drink offers – you could also win £100!

Terms & Conditions
The prize is for one person to win a £100 (one hundred) voucher for Highcross Shopping Centre, Leicester,

Entries MUST be completed and handed back to a member of staff within the venue you are in, that's taking part in BIG EAT 2, on the night of 7th February 2012, otherwise it won’t be included in the entry, but your details may still be used in the future,

The winner will be chosen at random and notified on Monday 13th February,

One entry per person - duplicates will be removed,

Proof of ID may be required when claiming the voucher,

Whilst anybody any age can enter the competition, if you are under 12 we will need to contact your parent/guardian to ensure this is acceptable and may be required to pass the voucher to them.

You have to adhere to the terms and conditions specifically relating to/on the voucher – One Leicester is not responsible for this, nor can we change what their T&Cs are,

A valid email address and telephone number should be given to allow us to contact you

The voucher is not redeemable for cash,

The judge’s decision is final – no correspondence will be entered into,

How do we choose the winner?
All 'entry forms' will be put into a ‘hat’ and the winner will be drawn at random with an independent witness present.
 
How will I know if I’ve won?
We will contact the winner directly on Monday 13th February. We may also display the winners name on the competition page.
 
What happens then?
You will be informed how to claim your voucher when we contact you.

What happens if you can't contact the winner?
If we can't contact the winner, for whatever reason, we will then pick another entry out fo the 'hat' etc. until we can contact a winner.
 
Will my details be entered onto a database?
Yes, if you are not already on there, your details will be added to our database – but you can unsubscribe at any time. Your details may be shared with the venues involved in the competition. See full data protection issues below.

Data protection: by entering the competition you will be automatically subscribed to the One Leicester mailing list - meaning you will receive our e-Newsletter, which is sent out monthly, to let you know about events, festivals, offers, news, competitions and more...  we may also send you other very occasional emails if we have important updates to tell you about. You may also be contacted by the venue/s taking part in the BIG EAT 2 event – again to inform you about future offers, events, competitions, news etc.

You will need to contact the individual venue that sends you future correspondence directly to unsubscribe from their mailing lists.

We may share your information with partners involved in the competition. We will not disclose any personal information to any other third parties unless required to do so by law.
