Two independent arts cinema screens with a micro cinema and digital media centre

Includes a cafe bar and screen lounge, an immersive digital gallery for the exhibition of work created by using new digital technologies; plus a small TV studio, graphic design, edit and commentary record suites and educational spaces.

Cinema One – 217 seats, hi specification 35mm projection and 3D projection technology

 

Cinema two – 120 seats, hi specification 35mm projection and 3D projection technology

 

Screen Room (Micro Cinema) – 30 unfixed seats ideal for exclusive screenings and is also one of only a handful of UK cinemas featuring real windows that actually open

 

Cube – programmed in collaboration with the Institute of Creative Technology at De Montfort University, the Cube is a unique interactive space capable of supporting a huge range of original media art

 

Screen Lounge – bar and cafe with around 50 seats, the lounge offers customers the opportunity to watch digital displays in a contemporary and stylish environment

 

Production Studio – state-of-the-art production space capable of accommodating most small scale production needs

 

Edit suites – two fully HD capable edit suites with Mac Final Cut Pro and PC compatibility plus an Adobe Premier CS4 provide a hi-spec digital resource unique within the county

 

ETC Suites – Education Training and Community activity that can be divided by screens into three separate rooms

 

The Yard – First storey courtyard, open to the sky yet surrounded on all sides by the upper floors. Small capacity cinema complete with screen and projection facilities.
