This is what was BIG EAT 2 all about...
Back by popular demand, BIG EAT 2 has teamed up with Dave’s Leicester Comedy Festival (3rd - 19th February) to give you the chance to sit down and enjoy some stand up comedy, together with some amazing food and drink offers across the city centre on - Tuesday 7th February 2012, from 5pm.
Over 50 venues are offering some amazing deals on meals, coffee, cakes, snacks and drinks for you to enjoy before, during, or after watching some of the best acts appearing in the festival (click here for comedy venue listings on the night).
Or, simply enjoy a night out with friends, family and colleagues and enjoy the great deals on offer and save the comedy for another night (there's a link to Dave's Leicester Comedy Festival at the bottom of this page).

As part of BIG EAT 2, Leicester City Council has removed parking charges on the evening/night of 7th February, from 6pm till late: City Centre FREE parking at Newarke Street: 6pm - 1am. Haymarket: 6pm - 12am. The Lanes and Dover Street: 6pm - 12am. There are also hundreds of on street parking spaces to take advantage of in the city.
