Leicester Art Walk was an innovative showcase of artworks created by Leicester and Leicestershire based artists, each installed on empty shop windows across the city centre. The artworks were all inspired by Leicester itself, and were within easy walking distance of each other. The artworks were installed in July 2010, and a number of artworks have now been removed as the shop units used for the project have now been let.
We are delighted with the positive impact of the artwork installations, and we hope you continue to enjoy the remaining pieces.
